Alion Home brand products offer trusted quality and value. Our weighted rods are made with powder-coated high-quality steel, designed to fit all universal pergola covers. They are simple to install, and extra rods can be purchased to extend the length and match your shade cover. These rods are perfect for use with pergola covers, sunshade panels, curtains, drapes, and more.
Each set contains a total of 2 Weighted Rods. This is a new product from us, and occasionally some of the connecting pieces of the rods may have minor issues with the thread. If you encounter this, please contact us, and we will ship another connector.
In the event that your box was damaged in shipping or you are missing any of the parts for the rods, please reach out to us, and we will address the issue.
The inside diameter of the ends (eye bolts) is 1.2 inches, allowing the rods to fit the guide rails of other steel pergolas. If you have any questions about the measurements, please don't hesitate to contact us.
HEAVY DUTY – 2 WEIGHTED RODS IN A SET The weighted rods are made with high-quality steel and are easy to connect. They are powder-coated to resist outdoor elements and provide years of use. If a longer size is required, we offer extra parts that can be used to extend your rods. Please confirm the measurements between the guide rails of your pergola. Generally, 8.5 ft rods will fit a 10x10 pergola.
EASY USAGE The weighted rods come in a variety of lengths to fit all universal pergola covers. They can also be used for sunshade panels, drapes, and curtains. The inside diameter of the ends (eye bolts) is 1.2 inches, allowing them to fit the guide poles of other steel pergolas, such as the Allen+Roth pergola with Guide Rails. To fit the guide rails, the length of the rods will be about 2 inches longer, including the eyebolt. If you have any questions about the measurements, please feel free to contact us.
WEIGHT The weight of the rods for a pergola cover is important, and our rods weigh more than the industry standard. This helps hold the cover down and makes it easily adjustable when needed.
END EYE LOOPS At the end of each rod is an eye loop, allowing you to secure the rod/pergola cover to the structure. This will help prevent the cover from swaying during windy days. (US DESIGN PATENT PENDING)
